Lord,

Thank you for Your strength,

For You've brought me out of the darkness,

And into the light.

Lord,

Thank you for Your mercy,

For You've taken my weakness,

And gave me Your confidence.

I am sorry,

For looking only at myself,

Drowning myself in pity,

Till I am blinded.

Thank you,

For I was blinded,

But now I see..

The suffering of fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.

The people that fear for their lives,

The people that still believe.

The people that died,

The people that live for You.

Lord,

Keep them and take them,

Comfort them and shadow them,

With Your Hand.

For You are great and everlasting,

You, Lord, will protect your people..

Then they cry out,

You'll be there beside them,

Giving them Your peace..
