Bittersweet
It's quietly beautiful,
This moment.
Where the only feelings remain,
Are that of serenity and calm.
I stood at the edge of the cliff,
Not quite willing to step over.
So I'll just stay at where we are,
And hope everything's fine.
Yesterday was a raging tempest,
Today can't see.
Because its beauty lies in its wildness,
That might lead into regretful consequences.
Let us go,
To a place where God is in.
So that our hearts may not stray,
And our thoughts remain pure.
It hurts for now,
But it wouldn't last forever.
I can be your company,
Your confident, your friend.
